ADXstudio Portal verfügbar für Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Zusätzlich hat Microsoft auch noch die Verfügbarkeit von ADX Studio Portalcrosoft Dynamics CRM bekanntgegeben.

Im letzten Jahr hat ja Microsoft das ADX Studio Portal erworben und jetzt in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online integriert.

Ob und wenn ja wie Kunden, die aktuell das Portal von Parture verwenden, zu dem neuen Portal wechseln können, wird noch von Microsoft geklärt.

Sobald ich dazu nähere Informationen habe werde ich diese hier bekanntgeben.

Nein, das Spring 2016 Wave beinhaltet keine speziellen Erneuerungen von Parature – weder technisch noch lizenz-technische. Parature und Adxstudio Portal sind auch zwei unterschiedliche Produkte die sich gegenseitig nicht ausschließen sondern ergänzen:

“6. What happens to existing customer contracts?

Microsoft will honor all existing customer agreements. As customers renew, they will be transitioned to Microsoft agreements.”

“Customers will continue to contract with Adxstudio directly.  Post Spring Release the plan of record is to include Microsoft Azure licenses with the Adxstudio offering at a baseline cost of USD$995.00/org/month.  Adxstudio will not be included in CRM Pro licenses, but can be purchased as needed for CRM clients who need portal capabilities”
